Operations Manager (Amazon DSP)

Sage Compass Talent is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a premier Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) client located in the Nashville Metro Area. We are looking for a high-performing leader to take the helm of a fast-paced logistics fleet.

Compensation: $52,000 - $55,000 Annually + Bonus Potential (paid weekly)

The Mission

We are looking for a leader to bridge the gap between "good enough" and "excellent." The ideal candidate will bring immediate professionalism and consistency to our station, taking full ownership of the scorecard, safety compliance, and team culture. You will be the face of the company to our Amazon station partners and the primary leader for our roster of Delivery Associates.

We are looking for the solution to these specific challenges:

• Scorecard Mastery: You will be responsible for moving the needle. We need a leader who understands how to analyze root causes to achieve and maintain Fantastic Plus ratings.
• Culture of Accountability: You will replace ambiguity with clear standards. You must be comfortable having tough conversations, de-escalating conflicts, and holding the team accountable to safety and attendance policies.
• Station Relationships: You will rebuild and strengthen our relationship with Amazon station leadership through professional, consistent, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Scorecard & Metrics: Daily monitoring and management of the Amazon Scorecard, specifically targeting Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Safety & Compliance: Manage Netradyne performance, enforce fleet safety standards, and ensure 100% roster compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and discipline a roster of Delivery Associates and Dispatchers. Conduct stand-ups that motivate and inform.
• Fleet Operations: Oversee vehicle readiness, maintenance scheduling, and ensure late load-outs are eliminated.
• Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for daily operational "fires," handling them with a cool head and a root-cause mindset.

Who You Are

• Availability: You understand that this is not your standard 9-5 job. We are a 7-day-a-week operation, and the nature of logistics requires a leader who is "on." The chosen candidate will need to be available to answer emails, phone calls, and texts even when not physically on-site.
• Expert Operator: You have a proven track record in logistics or high-volume operations (Amazon DSP experience is a major plus).
• Resilient Leader: You stay calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when operational challenges arise.
• Data-Driven: You don't just look at numbers; you understand the story they tell and how to change the ending.
