The Pay & Perks (What’s in it for you?)

We believe in rewarding hard work. Our base pay is competitive, but our incentives put you in the driver’s seat of your paycheck.

• Starting Base Pay: $22.25/hour
• Performance Bonus: Earn an effective $24.00/hour for the week by meeting attendance, safety, and performance goals.
• Weekend Warrior Bonus: Get an additional $1.00/hour for working a SET weekend schedule.
• Step Van Bonus: Earn an extra $1.00/hour by getting trained to drive our larger Step Vans (we pay for the training!).

• Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Training.

Is This Job For You? (The Reality Check)

We want to be upfront: This is a physically demanding job. This is not a "cruise around and listen to the radio" gig. You will be an industrial athlete.

• Constant Movement: You will act as the Captain of your van, entering and exiting the vehicle 150–300 times per day.
• All-Terrain: You will be walking briskly, climbing up and down flights of stairs, navigating long driveways, and managing uneven terrain.
• All-Weather: We deliver smiles rain or shine. You must be comfortable working in the Michigan elements—scorching heat, rain, sleet, and heavy snow.
• Heavy Lifting: You must be able to lift and arrange packages up to 50 lbs.

Your Duties:

• Load your van in an organized fashion to ensure a smooth route.
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses using a provided GPS device.
• Drive safely and defensively at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and team members.
• Inspect your vehicle daily to ensure safety.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening (pre-employment).
• Comfortable driving at night and navigating in the dark during winter months.
• Availability to work a floating schedule (shifts are 10-12 hours), including some weekends.
